Free To Grow Kenya is part of the Free To Grow Group founded in South Africa with representation in 9 African countries. We partner with organisations in shaping and sustaining a culture of high engagement and collaboration.Free To Grow first ventured into Kenya in 2004 when it partnered with Kenya Tea Development Association (KTDA) to roll out the programme, Assertiveness@Work, to Tea Extension Associates from 58 factories throughout Kenya. We also presented training at BAT, Kenya Television Network (KTN) and UNICEF KenyaFree To Grow Kenya was then incorporated in December 2014 as the representative of the group based in Kenya. In 2015, Free To Grow established itself as a leader in the field of Employee Engagement with a number of clients in South Africa and the rest of Africa embarking on large scale / organisation wide interventions, Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA) in Kenya being one of them. We have also assisted MultiChoice Kenya and Supersport in their culture change journey by presenting our culture and engagement programmes WorkQ® for all employees and Soar! for all their leaders. Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA) continued their journey with Free To Grow Kenya by implementing our coaching programme Helping People Grow and extended the partnership to Tanzania. Victor is a director and Lead Consultant at Free To Grow Kenya. He joined Free To Grow in 2007 and has initiated, participated in and carried out major projects for leading organisations across Africa including for Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA) in Kenya and Tanzania, Britam in Kenya, and MultiChoice Africa in Kenya, Uganda, Ghana and Nigeria. Although Victor is an excellent facilitator at all levels of the organisation, he contributes most at the presentation of Free To Grow’s programmes at middle to senior management levels. His background in senior management provides him with an excellent underpinning understanding of the business world and challenges managers are experiencing, which adds much value to his presentations as he can make the material relevant to the context of the participants. Victor holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi and is a graduate of the IM Strategic Marketing Course conducted at the University College Durham, UK. Prior to joining Free To Grow, Victor worked for many years in marketing and advertising. He started his marketing career with Unilever and rose to become Deputy Managing Director at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising and CEO at Century Grey Advertising in Kenya. He is a past Chairman of the Association of Practitioners in Advertising and former Vice Chairman of the Marketing Society of Kenya. Theresa Ojiambo Theresa is a partner and Senior Consultant at Free To Grow Kenya. She is an Executive Coach and is an experienced facilitator with an exceptional ability to engage groups. Theresa has demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate learning at the strategic, tactical and operational levels of organisations. Theresa has a firm belief in the potential of people and is committed to create an interactive and participatory learning environment in all the programs that she leads. Her foundation in learning and development comes from having been a Lecturer at Kenya School of Law. She draws on her experience gained from having held senior leadership positions and led large teams within the KCB Group to inform and give depth to her facilitation., Theresa holds an LL.B Laws and LL.M Laws from the University of London.
