KESRA

Kenya School of Revenue Administration

Two programs were conducted, namely: “Making Learning Spark” and “ Facilitating 4 Growth” to help trainers grow in their facilitating and training skills.

Face to face learning is expensive – every group learning session is therefore an opportunity that needs to be fully utilised to help learners learn and grow.

Making Learning Spark has been designed to equip trainers, facilitators and programme developers/designers with the skills and tools to:

  • Offer learners a rich, high impact, meaningful learning experience that will engage them intellectually, emotionally, physically and socially.
  • Help learners remember and apply what they have learned, therefore maximising the ROI organisations derive from the training.

The programme was presented by Alinda Nortje, Founder and Executive Chairperson of Free To Grow, who is viewed as a leader in the field of the facilitation of learning. Alinda has designed all the programmes presented by Free To Grow over the past 25 years, which have been attended by more than 98 500 people in over 1320 organisations in 33 countries.

100% of the participants rated the programme as excellent.
